As a mentee, we understand that you will have individual requirements and preferences which will need to be fulfilled to ensure you gain optimal benefits from your mentoring relationship. They should offer enough flexibility to suit each circumstance, whilst allowing them to flourish within a defined structure.

Through the Whitehall & Industry Group’s mentoring services, meeting with your mentor once a month over a period of up to one year, you will gain cross-sector exposure whilst aiding personal and professional development.

This form is designed to assist WIG’s Talent Team with facilitating a successful mentor match. The more information you can disclose regarding professional ambitions, current challenges and what a successful year of mentoring would look like for you, the better placed we will be to find the ideal mentor.
