Leaders with vision and perspective

Why us?

  • We have been developing leaders across the sectors for over 35 years
  • Our leadership programmes cater for every rung of your career ladder - from early careers to the most senior in their organisation
  • We offer a complete range of options and also offer in-house options tailored to your requirements

Who are our alumni?

When you complete a WIG leadership programme, that isn't the end. You will take away a long-lasting network with the peers you meet on the programme as well as a continued supportive relationship with WIG.

Meet some of our alumni:

  • Kate Willsher

    University of Cambridge

    WIG Women's Leadership Programme alumna

"The WIG Women's Leadership Programme was appropriate not only for my career given that I'd worked across sectors, but also a good fit for my organisation. [I was] wondering if I was even senior enough to apply [for the programme] and then found myself in this cohort of fantastic senior women"  - Kate Willsher, University of Cambridge See Kate's full interview here.

  • Tomas Adell

    Department of Health (NI)

    Future Leaders Programme alumnus

"The WIG Future Leaders Programme was a way for me to develop confidence. I was already very shy, nervous about leading and standing in front of people. This programme helped me understand where I was strong, where I was weak, and helped me take charge of myself and others" - Tomas Adell, Department of Health (NI)  See Tomas's full interview here.

Some of the organisations who have used our programmes include:

  • Private sector: GlaxoSmithKline, Rolls-Royce, Mace Group, BAE Systems plc, VSO International, The Boeing Company, Skanska, Serco Group, CGI, Bain and Company, PwC
  • Public sector: Home Office, Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, HM Treasury, GCHQ

Our MOU with the Cabinet Office: WIG is working in partnership with the Cabinet Office and the Government Skills and Curriculum Unit, delivering cross sector learning which is fundamental to civil service reform.
