Cross-Sector Learning & Development Roundtable
Benchmarking organisational capability and transformation in the era of complexity
In the era of volatility, technological disruption, organisational change and increasing skills gaps, L&D leaders across the sectors are more crucial than ever to enable organisations to deliver.
Convening a cross-sector group of L&D practitioners from WIG’s membership, this roundtable will focus on the challenges and opportunities that L&D teams are currently facing across the public sector, industry and civil society in a safe and trusted space. This session will give you a chance to benchmark, learn and create a community of practice from cross-sector colleagues, and develop a network for best practice and knowledge exchange.
The event will be a one-hour roundtable, with 3 core questions posed by WIG:
- Building organisational capability, adaptability and collaboration
- Developing strong leadership at all levels
- Positioning L&D as a strategic driver of growth in the context of fast paced change
Plus the opportunity for delegates to share questions they would like to include in the discussion both ahead of the session and during the roundtable. With the current operating landscape, consideration for L&D teams around building organisational capability, adaptability and collaboration via strong leadership whilst leading through uncertainty and constant change, has never been as important.
