Cross-Sector Learning & Development Roundtable

The roundtable will focus on the challenges and opportunities that L&D teams are currently facing across the public sector, industry and civil society in a safe and trusted space. With the current operating landscape, consideration for L&D teams around building organisational capability, adaptability and collaboration via strong leadership whilst leading through uncertainty and constant change, has never been as important and the next topic will focus on specific elements of particular interest. 

Please note attendee numbers at roundtables are strictly limited to ensure everyone is able to contribute to the conversation. Invitees are carefully selected in line with WIG's charitable purpose, to bring a range of views and perspectives.
