WIG Membership Packages 

Choose the membership package that best supports your organisation’s priorities and strengthens your ability to lead and deliver.

 

1. Corporate Membership Renewal

A single corporate membership delivers value at every level - developing individual leaders, strengthening teams, and helping your organisation deliver better results for your business and the UK. Membership provides the insight, connections, and tools needed to look up, out, and ahead to drive growth, resilience, and positive social outcomes.

Your membership provides:

  • 120+ hybrid events each year to stay ahead of emerging challenges
  • Participation in senior-level roundtables for constructive, solution-focused dialogue
  • On-demand access to our library of senior civil service briefings, reports, and peer case studies
  • Member discounts on cross-sector leadership programmes, bespoke mentoring, organisational best practice visits, and board recruitment

Membership Period: One Year, covering 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027

Cost: £7,300 + VAT

Early Bird rate (if confirm intention to renew before 20 February 2026): £7,180 + VAT

 

2. Multi-year Membership Renewal

Lock in continuity and stability in a fast-changing environment with a two-year membership.  Includes all the benefits of corporate membership (above) while maintaining this year’s rate.

Membership Period: Two years, covering 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2028

Cost: £14,600 + VAT

Early Bird rate (if confirm intention to renew before 20 February 2026): £14,480 + VAT

 

3. ‘Accelerate’ Membership Renewal

Designed to fast-track results for your organisation and high-potential individuals, this package offers all corporate membership benefits (above) plus tailored interventions to accelerate impact.

Choose one initiative from options including:

  • Senior Leaders Programme - A six-month experiential programme for director-level leaders, designed to challenge, inspire and develop them as leaders of experts, while gaining fresh perspectives from peers across sectors (runs Oct 26 – Mar 27).
  • Organisational Raid  – A one-day visit to another member organisation in a different sector, providing actionable insights and best practice to expedite meaningful change in your own organisation.
  • Bespoke Mentoring – Four places on a tailored, one-year programme pairing senior or emerging leaders with experienced mentors from different sectors, providing fresh perspectives to tackle complex challenges with confidence and clarity.

Membership Period: One Year, covering 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027

Cost: £15,100 + VAT (saving up to £2,600 off the à la carte price)
