As a result of the recent upgrade to our website, there are several new features to enhance your experience, and changes to the way we've structured pages and information. If you cannot find what you're looking for, you can use keywords to search for it, via the search link at the top of this page.

FAQs
Unfortunately, your old password will no longer work when you try to login. As part of our website upgrade, for security reasons you'll need to set a new password for your account. You can reset your password by going to the login page and clicking on the forgotten password link. You'll be sent an email with instructions on how to reset it.
The way in which you can book someone else onto an event has changed. Any previous relationships have been deleted and you will have to set this up again.
When you make a booking, the first question is as follows:
Choose Other Person(s) and follow the instructions. You'll only need to do this once - the system will remember the details for the next time.
The ability to register other people onto an event is restricted to members who are signed in and only to people, from the same membership organisation (as determined by email suffix).
