Kate is Director of Policy at the UKIB, job-sharing with Helen Williams. Kate joined the Bank from Cabinet Office where she was previously Devolution Director. Prior to that she held a range of senior roles in government including sponsoring the creative and cultural sectors, overseeing regulation and policy for the media sector, and developing digital infrastructure policy.
